General Refund and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) received the goods. It will be your responsibility to cover the direct costs of returning the goods. Returned Product Conditions: Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging, including all original packaging materials and labels. Refund: Once the returned products have been received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you have received products that are damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace damaged products or correct the error at no additional cost.
In case of a refund request, only the actual value of the purchased products will be refunded, while additional or transactional expenses will not be returned.
